Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing 3DMaker Engineering for your 3D printing components and tools. We strive to get your high-precision gear into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Origin & Destinations
All orders are processed and shipped directly from the United States. We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to the global 3D printing community.
2. Shipping Schedule & Processing Time
To ensure quality control and efficient logistics, we operate on a specific weekly shipping schedule:
- Shipping Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Processing Time: We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days.
- Please Note: Monday and Friday are not shipping days. Orders placed between Friday and Monday will begin processing on Tuesday in the order they were received.
3. Carriers & Live Shipping Rates
We offer live, real-time shipping rates calculated directly by our carriers at checkout. You can choose the service that best fits your needs and budget from:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the destination address.
4. Digital Products (STL Files)
Digital products, such as STL files or software, do not incur shipping charges. These items are delivered via email or an instant download link immediately following a successful checkout.
5. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)
For our international customers, please be aware that 3DMaker Engineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Fragile Items
We take great care in packaging fragile items like glass build plates and heavy mechanical parts.
- Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- Report Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact support@3DMakerEngineering.com within 48 hours with photos of the box and the contents so we can file a claim with the carrier.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of the shipment being picked up by the carrier.
8. Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders must be shipped via our approved carriers.
