Refund policy
Returns & Eligibility Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- 3D Printing Specific Non-Returnable Items: To maintain the highest quality standards for our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened Filament: Due to the moisture-sensitive nature of 3D printing materials, once the vacuum seal is broken, we cannot accept returns.
- Installed Electronic Components: Components showing signs of installation (solder marks, clipped wires, or thermal paste residue) such as motherboards, stepper motors, or heaters.
- Consumables: Nozzles, build plate surfaces (PEI/Glass), and resin filters that have been used.
- Gift cards and Downloadable software products (STL files).
Completing Your Return To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@3DMakerEngineering.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping any items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or assembly.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or "clearance/refurbished" items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe a component is defective, please email support@3DMakerEngineering.com with photos or videos of the issue, and we will set up your exchange.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
